Privacy Policy

§.1 General Policies

  1. The owner of the website www.belabartosiewicz.com and the data administrator is Izabela Bartosiewicz. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of universally applicable laws, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it directly follows from the description) is used.
  3. For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Administrator” with “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. By contacting us through the form on the website, the email address provided on the website, or the social media channels listed on the website, you consent to the processing of your data such as: first name, last name, email address, IP address.
  2. By entering into a service agreement, you consent to the processing of your data such as: email address, first name and last name (or company name), residential address (or company address and tax identification number).
  3. Personal data is processed:
    • in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
    • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of, amend, or terminate the Agreement and properly perform the Services,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes),
    • without violating the rights and freedoms of the person concerned: to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have given if you contacted us through the channels listed on the website or ordered a Service.
  4. Every person whose data is concerned (if we are their administrator) has the right to access the data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
